【Campus News】2026 “Step Forward with Confidence – Embrace the Future” Career Fair Successfully Held

The university successfully hosted the 2026 Campus Career Fair today (April 30), bringing together more than 56 enterprises and offering over 3,000 high-quality job opportunities. The event provided an excellent platform for graduating students seeking their first employment as well as alumni exploring new career paths to connect with potential employers.


🌟 Event Highlights

Diverse industries represented: Including information technology, manufacturing, real estate, design, hospitality, and the public sector.

Global talent opportunities: Tung Yang Industry and Wistron established a dedicated “International Student Recruitment Zone” to attract and recruit diverse global talent.

Participation of leading companies: Major corporations such as Panasonic Taiwan, ChipMOS, SPIL, UPI Semiconductor, and Uni-President Group were present at the event.

On-site incentives: Students who submitted their resumes at company booths received promotional gifts, encouraging active participation and the first step toward their careers.


💪 Strong Academic Foundation, Highly Recognized by Industry

Vice President Hou Shun-Hsiung encouraged students in his remarks, stating:
“Opportunities are reserved for those who are prepared, and even more so for those who are willing to take the first step.”

In recent years, the university has continuously strengthened industry–academia collaboration, achieving significant recognition in multiple areas:

Employer preference: Ranked Top 2 among private universities of science and technology in Central and Southern Taiwan (2026 University Guide).

Academic excellence: Ranked Top 1 among private universities of science and technology in the Architecture and Design field.

Interdisciplinary competence: Ranked Top 1 in interdisciplinary capability among graduates in Central and Southern Taiwan.

National recognition: Ranked Top 4 among private universities of science and technology nationwide in the “Most Preferred Graduates by Employers” survey conducted by Cheers Magazine.
