I. Purpose of the Event
To assist international students studying in Taiwan in successfully remaining in Taiwan for employment after graduation, the Ministry of Education has planned to organize three on-campus job fairs. Enterprises from various industries will be invited to set up recruitment booths, offering diverse job vacancies and internship matching opportunities, helping international students understand industry trends and enhance their employment competitiveness.
This event is scheduled to include an international student employment seminar in the morning session, where professional speakers will share common job-seeking issues, as well as key points and techniques for resume writing and interview skills, in order to improve international students’ chances of securing desired positions.
In addition, the National Development Council will be invited to provide briefings on regulations and new measures related to the “Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals.” Booths will also be set up by the National Immigration Agency (Ministry of the Interior), Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Economic Affairs Contact TAIWAN, Talent Taiwan Office, and the Steering Committee for the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL), offering consultation services on regulations related to employment in Taiwan, Employment Gold Card, and Chinese language proficiency tests, thereby providing comprehensive support for international students’ career development in Taiwan.

(3) Event Program :
On the day of the event, well-known companies from various industries (information technology, biotechnology and healthcare, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, construction, service and retail, education services, finance and insurance, hospitality, and others) will be invited to set up recruitment booths, providing job vacancy information and on-site introductions. International students will have the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews, and resume review services will also be available to help enhance the completeness of their resumes and actively pursue ideal job opportunities.
In addition, the National Development Council will be invited to provide briefings on amendments to the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals. Professional speakers will also offer guidance on resume writing and interview skills for international students, helping them successfully integrate into the workforce and become outstanding talents sought by enterprises in Taiwan.
